Lentor Hills Residences will be an upcoming residential development during the transformation of Lentor Hill Estate. It will be the second development site, the first purely residential development site in this Lentor Hills Estate, with a childcare development centre. Target to be completed by December 2028. The estimated non-committed T.O.P. date is December 2026.
Lentor Hills Residences launched for sale on the 7th of August 2023 and received a 50% sales. 300 units are being snapped up with an average price of S$2,050 psf.

Connectivity - Transport

Lentor Hills Residence is located along Lentor Hills Road, an inner road parallel to Yio Chu Kang Road. Residents who drive will easily take the Yio Chu Kang road to access the CTE within 5 minutes.
Heading North of CTE will bring you to the Northern Part of Singapore, Yishun, and Woodland. while heading South of CTE will bring you to the Downtown city area.
